We recently purchased a new iphone 14 at the store in Amherst NY. We had the most amazing sales experience with their sale associate Olivia. Our existing iphone was so old that even the Geek Squad told use that transferring the photos and contacts would be impossible. Olivia took the entire afternoon to remedy the situation and make all of the preferred settings. Fortunately we arrived at an off time and it was not busy. I have never experienced anyone as patient and accommodating as her. We were extremely thankful for knowledge and effort .
