I ordered "MyMail & Address Book" from Best Buy. I received the email with the download. It had a 20 digit access code. When I went to download it needed a 12 digit download. I did a 30 minute online Chat which was absolutely useless. I still don't have the download. I paid for something that I never received. Beware of downloads from Best Buy!
