After having a technician come to my home 6 times to assess, order and replace parts, my washing machine still would not work. It was an ongoing issue for 4 months. When I called again, I had full intentions to sue Best Buy, but fortunately I had called this representative and she was able to finally get approval from Best Buy to replace my Maytag washing machine.
