I recently purchased a Toshiba TV from Best Buy. They had to order it and I picked it up today. As i was unpackaging it, I saw that the screen was smashed. I took the TV back to them today but they refused to give me a refund or even order another one as they claimed that I broke it. I called several 800#'s but got no help from anybody. I have purchased several big dollar items from them but that made no difference to them. I will never step foot in another Best Buy store and I strongly recommend that you don't
