We had purchased a nice LG 4K Smart TV on-line and a stand was to be included. Somehow our on-line purchase encountered glitches that delayed shipment to our home and ultimately got locked up in the system preventing customer service from helping us by phone or through on-line chat. We went into the store in Kohler Wisconsin (near our home) and met "KC" at the customer service desk. KC was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. KC stayed with us to resolve the issue through the process and was very resourceful in getting support when needed. Thank you, KC!
