Just ridiculously bad. Wasted an hour looking for a part. First, got repeatedly transferred on text message. Then got expired phone numbers for a parts department. Then more numbers answered by fools. Repeatedly sent to confused bozos in India who don’t have a damn clue what’s happening. Astonished this place isn’t bankrupted yet. Worst of the worst.
