Went to local store to purchase a phone. Took 15 minutes to find an associate. Took another 15 minutes for this individual to get the phone. Noticed the individual casually chatting with another associate while I stood by waiting. Will never shop at Best Buy again. Customer service is secondary. It is probably true what others have stated, employees really don't want to work there. It definitely shows. Just waiting until they close their doors for good like all the other stores in the not too distant past. They'll not be missed.
