Willis, an associate with BestBuy of Springfield, Missouri, was very knowledgeable and caring in helping us replace an older desktop computer tower with Windows 10, with a new computer that was capable of operating with Windows 11. He was conscientious in helping us purchase the computer we needed to do our office work and the adapters we needed to connect our three monitors. He was extremely helpful! Much appreciated!
