I had my first and last experience to buy on line. Their claims of price matching is false and a joke. They lost a $2,000 purchase for a Maytag washer/dryer to Home Depot because they make up some excuse they don’t match “bundled” pricing! Nothing was bundled. I bought the exact same model match for match and the Chat line idiot started babbling about this bundled policy. I talked to 3 different people on their help chat line and got 3 completely different answers. I now understand why Best Buy stores are closing by the second. Do yourself a favor and avoid Best Buy. There are many other choices available.
