I bought a headphone system in anticipation of our network system being upgraded. I bought it in September thinking it would enhance watching TV. I was told by a system administrator that it is not designed to what I needed, so tried to return it in the original packaging, with a receipt. I was denied the request, without any option for a store credit or partial refund. That is not good business.
