I had my refrigerator delivery today and no one showed but I received a text reminder. When I called the customer service they said it didn’t get processed to be deliver and no one called. This is very upsetting since I went with Bestbuy because they said they can deliver it on time. I just cancelled my order and went to Lowe’s. Very disappointing. Bad customer service.
