I have spent an hour being transferred from one rep to another. I ordered a computer yesterday online for my son. It showed 2 in stock. I never received confirmation of order being ready. Called Best Buy 4 hours later. Woman confirmed my purchase said it was there. The system showed 1 computer left in stock. I received a text telling me I won’t be getting my computer. No one will help me. They continue to put me on hold and transfer me. I’m out $530. I am a single mom and worked my butt off for this gift. My child now will have nothing for Christmas. I don’t have my money and I don’t have a gift. This is a huge problem.
