Best Buy is the worst, deceitful company. They charge renewal fees like they're some kind of resort and also charge ridiculous interest rates. Their so called excellent customer service reps are rude, hang up, pretend they can't view who hung up. Liars! Buyer beware. They remind me of Walmart stating they pay their staff well.
