I paid my credit card in full. My account indicated $0 for several months up until now, which shows a reported balance of $59, despite not buying one product from this company since February of 2019. I have been waiting on hold for 48 minutes now with 1 person transferring my call. There is absolutely no customer service present, so I guess I will just have to physically travel to the company’s location to dispute this situation.
