This is a very corrupt organization from top to bottom including the geek squad. Just look at all the negative reviews on here and you will see they sent two criminals out to my house and sold me three products that I did not need and charge me $1000. I am not even using these products now. After contacting The regional manager he would not return my call I wrote five letters to corporate and they refuse to respond. They came out and stole from me in my house. Stay away go to Nebraska furniture Mart or cons, anywhere but this dump. They don’t put negative reviews in here for no reason. Even the CEO is under investigation for inappropriate behavior with an employee. Just a horrible place to do business!
