In March I was supposed to receive a 50 inch. HDTV from Best Buy through Elite Biz Rewards. Through my purchase from Art Van, I received a voucher code: 64HE5730667. This code was sent from Elite Rewards and they told me that I would receive an email from Best Buy when the T.V. would be shipped. However, I NEVER received that email and the T.V. was never shipped.
I am livid by the customer service of Best Buy as no customer associate was able to help me on the help line and I was redirected to different departments FOR OVER TWO HOURS.
I have been a loyal Best Buy customer, and even purchased three phones from you, but if this is how you treat your customers, then I will be sure to give my business elsewhere. I will be leaving negative reviews on multiple forums until someone can give me answers and provide proper customer support.
