Deserve 0 stars.... we went to best buy on Saturday and Sunday gave our refrigerator measurements and was assured 5he refrigerator would fit. We wait 5 days for delivery. They came inside measured and said it wouldn't fit. I said how the guy at the store said it would fit. The delivery guy said I deliver them all the time ot won't fit. Our options were accept it and if it doesn't fit we are stick with the refrigerator or refuse and get a refund. We refused the item. Then I had to call a number wait over 20 minutes for a representative to be told the refund would come in a check. I go to explain I didnt pay in a check form and she hangs up on me. I then call Best Buy corporate office to speak to Corie Barry CEO and I get transferred named Nick. He was far from helpful and explained the 1200 I paid will come in a form of a check and what we paid in Debit would get back as debit. I explained I didnt pay in check and they didnt have to wait 15 days for my money. He tells me that i need to take responsibility because I should of went on Best But website to read the refund policy before making our purchase. I said excuse me how about your employee selling the appliance say if something was to happen and the purchase is refunded anything over $800. Has to be issued in a form of a check. I will be contacting the business business bureau.
