Bought a computer from Best Buy and the guy told me that I could get it in a couple of hours we’ll that took a couple of weeks. After a year they charge my credit card for geek squad . I couldn’t get anyone on the phone had the manager at one of the store try it only took her an hour.
I will not never go back to Best Buy.
