Bought an Asus computer from Best Buy. When I got it, it was unbelievably slow to boot up. Not being a computer expert, I thought it was just the brand. From day one, things got worse and worse with this computer. Got no satisfaction from Best Buy or Asus when I complained. It kept crashing and coming back up.It finally crashed for good. I sent it off for repairs and I now suspect something was wrong to begin with. In my opinion, this computer was either a lemon that no one would stand behind or a return that got put back into stock. Will never buy another computer, or anything, from Best Buy.
