Best Buy in Oconee County, Georgia needs to leave! A couple went into the store without wearing a mask and the store personnel got on their radios and told the other employees not to wait on them. I decided I would file a complaint to let them know I was not happy on the way they treated the couple. My first call went to India and then I was transferred to Mexico City. Needless to say their English was a joke and the man in Mexico City had difficulty finding the correct store. When I asked if I would be notified of any action taken I was informed I would not. It was very evident nothing was going to be done. I have done business with Best Buy as recently as 5 months ago and numerous times before then. I will not do business with them again.
