Went to best buy to buy washer and a small freezer
Did not review paper work
My fault
Was there on Friday and they said they would delivering Saturday
Great
Got a text on my cell phone that they were coming
They didn't
Looked at paper work and realized they had old address from credit card I had years ago
No one called or texted to ask why wasn't at the address
I dried calling store for 2 days no luck
Had to drive down for them to tell me I had to wait a week for delivery
Said very sorry
