If I could rate a 0, I would. Ordered washer and dryer. First delivery appointment cancelled at the last minute with zero explanation. Second delivery appointment - 9 and 1/2 hours, 3 phone calls to Best Buy, and STILL NO APPLIANCES!!!!!! Just did not show up! What terrible service! Will never, never purchase anything from this company again.
