Drove from Mount Shasta to Best Buy yesterday to purchase a multi adapter for my Microsoft Surface Pro computer. I was assured by the "knowledgeable" salesman that it would fit my computer. It does NOT fit my computer and now I have to drive back to Redding to return it. I am not happy and will never shop at Best Buy again!
