Purchased a refrigerator and protection plan from Best Buy, long story short my refrigerator went out so I called customer service and scheduled an appointment which they soonest possible date was 9 days out. Which in itself is a long time to go with out a refrigerator. Then the day of the appointment comes and after multiple conformation emails prior to said date they called canceled the appointment During the window they were supposed to be there and said sorry can’t make it but we can reschedule it for two weeks from now. Now I have no fridge, missed day of work and pay and no guarantee they will show up next time. Calling customer service is no help. Best Buy lost a long time customer over this. A&e was the repair contractor that canceled the day of. Absolutely no customer service anymore.sure glade I bought the extended warranty for piece of mind. Bravo Best Buy.
