They use post canada for delivery, which is more than useless. At the end, you will have to go collect whatever your bought at the post office, even for a heavy item. So, the delivery is some sort of scam. Better to buy from others who use useful delivery services not post Canada. Amason, homedepot... are all very good for delivery, smoth and easy. They drop the item at the door and no reason to complicate life. I will not buy from bestbuy anymore because of the postcanada.
