I did receive my order on December 3rd, but the tanks are weird...the arm holes are huge and it's not proportional on the back, so I returned them ALL on December 4th. As per their return policy:
***All returns must be received within 7 days of receipt of your package.*** Please allow 7 business days for all exchanges and returns to be processed once we receive them. You will receive an email confirmation for your refund once it has been processed.
Well, I returned them ONE day after received them and since then, I have been trying to contact them almost every day, I lost the count of how many emails I have sent them and nothing, no answer. I know they will deduct a 25% from the total for "restocking", which I don't think is fair but I knew that when I returned them.... but today is February 3rd, tomorrow will be exactly two months since I returned the tanks, and I still haven't received any email, answer or the credit in my account. I don't know you, but in my dictionary, that's called stealing.
