I paid for a mandela "towel" through Paypal to Dan's Collectibles.
When I received the product from China it was a cheap flimsy fabric with horrible trim. I asked for my money back and they couldn't find my order. I ordered through Best Shoppers. No one would return my call and emails told me it was not their order no. I ended up get my money back through a complaint filed with PayPal. I had to pay for the shipping back to them in the amount of $12.00 but at that point it was the matter of principal. The product was worth 3.00 at most.
