Great that they collect for free for charity but when you fill in the form don’t think it’s a guaranteed collection as guys from the Bristol branch turned up today to collect a coffee table and sideboard (generally sideboards are big and bulky) They took the coffee table but said they couldn’t take the sideboard as it’s too heavy to take downstairs, even though the person who booked it in knew it was heavy as that’s what I told them. I won’t use them again, better off selling it on gumtree. It’s caused me to have to get rid of a large piece of furniture in under a week.
