“Drastic difference between phone staff and collection men. The usual is: hostile, no manners, problematic, not a single thank you. Tried to help when door was closing whilst the man's hands were full only to snapped at. I vow to NEVER donate to BHF again. I have given them 3 chances - each experience has been dreadful.”
