Awful experience. Arranged a collection for 3 seater sofa, Finchley branch. The driver rude and inpatient, on the way out the leg came out, we fixed it in 5minutes, but the driver couldn't wait even for 3minutes! Left without the item which by the way was in excellent condition.
Very disappointed, it's a shame that people like them represent BHF.
