Arranged a pick up for a sofa. Could hear the driver say to his co-driver that they "couldn't be f*cked to move another sofa", before they even saw the sofa to move they said it was too old and it too bad a condition. When I showed them the one they were actually meant to pick up the said the same. It's a year old and been barely used, literally getting rid of it as we dont use it and want to use the space different.
Absolutely disgusting.
