I made a monetary donation to commemorate my late brother in law. The BHF web page indicated that a letter would be sent to a person of my choice (his widow) indicating that a donation had been made in his memory. It is now over a month and not only has the letter materialised but my e-mails and phone calls have been unanswered. Having just read that the CEO of the BHF was paid a £174,000 salary (2017) I will definitely not be donating again to this charity.
