Arranged a pick up of four boxes of clothes, three items of furniture and an electric fireplace. They arrived and collected the furniture, informed me they could only take the three boxes of clothing and were not allowed to take the fireplace. I showed them the email to say they had confirmed collection of the fireplace and four boxes. They were disinterested and left. I emailed bhf three weeks ago about the issue but unfortunately I have had no reply. Poor service
