Appalled: they were aggressive and completely unreasonable. Had booked to take two drawer units, IKEA table and upright piano. Refused to take table - screw missing so fair enough, couldn't get piano through door immediately so refused it. I explained that it needed to be upended (as it has been on every previous move) but they just dumped it and marched off. I am apoplectic, especially as I've been waiting for a month. Don't go bhf for any solutions.
