Appalling service!! Arrange inspection and following 5 days later clearance of a deceased uncles flat. Driver was rude , abrupt and unhelpful. After booking days off work was told couldn’t clear the flat as previously arranged as they had a big house clearance to do! Was told we had made a mistake and it wasn’t in their diary but I actually watched the man write it in and my elderly Dad went in to confirm the week before! The actual quote we got was extortionate so I can only assume that they preferred to do the large house clearance for even more money.I always support BHF as I have heart problems myself but our experience has totally put me off donating or assisting them in the future, which is a shame because of a few bad apples
