I arranged to have a house clearance. A very grumpy, slightly rude man came round (without mask despite BHF saying they are Covid secure) and made list. When I rang to arrange collection, they said they'd lost the list and I would have to make a list myself. Then I organised for 11 boxes to be removed by another BHF shop. I stayed in and it was a no-show. They said they had no knowledge of my call two days before. What a waste of time. I have looked to other charities and wouldn't bother with this one again.
