Booked a collection of two sofas and a washing machine. Guy said they couldn't take sofas because "arms had collapsed" they hadn't. Wouldn't take washing machine because there was soiling in the rubber seal. This is second d hand stuff. It's not perfect. Had to take items to the tip. BHF website and phone calls never mentioned any criteria on the goods I was giving away.
Poor service. Not impressed. Won't offer them any free stuff again.
