first attempted pick up they said they went to neighbours door who allowed them entry to inspect their couch but never took it cos it was marked.. next week they came yo right door but refused to take it cos the 3seater was too big but took 2seater. manager was extremely rude saying he didn't care abt ppls donations cos it was "just a business like anywhere else". he hung up on me sftrr telling me to try the salvation army next time i wanted to donate anything.
