Booked the collection at the store and called them to confirm time to collect, they said between 8 am-2pm. No one showed up!!! I was waiting since in the morning and did nothing. How could you not even call me or let me know if you could not make it. I have 5 furnitures to donate but now need to give them to people who in needs on Facebook Market. Such a shame service. I know you are a charity but simply just call me wouldn't harm or lost a penny. Don't even use the service again.
