Waited for the whole appointment time. Then the driver called at last minute to cancel the appointment. l think is a slap on the face by the Leytonstone collection store. I was told the next available was in 2 weeks but collection not guaranteed. They could have charged for a token towards the collection service and not being free, because l perceived no sense of responsibility in the people l spoke with on that day of collection
