I have just tried to donate a double mattress to BHF this mattress was spotless but yet the driver tried his best to find stains on it , he took it outside and managed to find a minuscule mark on it which he seemed highly delighted that he had found a mark , I understand you don’t want to take mattresses that are soiled or badly marked but this mattress is like new and having dragged it outside to look there will be more marks on it now !!! I suggest if you are so fussy then mattresses should be something you don’t collect , I have donated hundreds of pounds of goods to BHF over the years but I’m afraid I will not support you anymore ,
