Your managers need to have clear guidelines that state donations of clothes and brick a brace if the person giving the donation is disabled and can’t drive or elderly.Peoplw want to be as independant and Charitable.You need to be more charitable in all stores and accept this.
A person with a heart condition may be able to live independently but not be able to deliver such items themselves,friends and family usually work in the day time.
Although your store staff are very helpful.
