Really disppointed, BHF were supposed to collect our old sofa.
the removal men turned up when planned, and then flatly refused to remove it, too heavy and too big. we did tell them it was bulky and heavy...
arranged a 2nd collection after speaking to them, and them confirming that they would definitely take it this time., 2 guys with tattoos all over their faces turned up this time, and the exact same thing happened. they refused to move it.
waste of everyones time...
