Where to even start? Super-incompetent; their site lets you specify a desired collection day but when they call you to confirm they tell you it has to be a completely different day because of what date their van comes to your area. Super-rude phone manner when they DO call you, no customer service skills whatsoever and then drivers refuse completely saleable items. Regret ever donating and would not use again ever. Will avoid the shops too!
