Wish I had read these reviews!!! Obviously something has changed - used the collection service 6 months ago with no problems. Would not take high end solid pine wardrobe because of a few scratches - or maybe it was too heavy and I have narrow stairs!!!! Also wouldn't take a second single wardrobe and suddenly they dont take curtains as they did 6 months ago. Have used 5-6 times in last 5 years but will never use again!!!!!!!
