I booked a van collection to pick up some really nice sofa's. I received a call a week before to confirm and they seemed really keen to come and collect them.
I waited in from eight till twelve in the morning and didn't receive a call 30 minutes prior picking up. I called the store and the returned my call an hour later. Apparently there were no record of collection.
I'm extremely upset about this and I would advise anyone to avoid this Charity service.
