I wouldn't bother with the furniture collection service. They'll only take if in brand new condition it seems...had a mattress rejected after staying in half a day because of an alleged 'stain' I couldn't even see (I could make out an extremely faint watermark when they shone their phone torch on it). This is the second time it's happened to me too. Thought maybe just bad luck first time. Pointless service.
