Under no circumstance use the BHF foundation and try and donate items. I was waiting for a collection today (brand new mattress). They called me a 9.30 this morning from the driver (unknown at the time) but as I was on a work teams call I missed it. I got an email to say I would be collected between 8-4. I called the number back post my call but they did not answer. I then called Mitcham BHF and they told me because I did not answer the call within 5 rings, my collection was cancelled. The Mitcham branch told me this was a normal process and I was at fault for not stopping my work call and taking the phone call. I thought the BHF would like products to sell for free and I have found the whole process so inadequate and I will under no circumstances use them again.
