Having booked to donate 2 fairly new sofa's and waited in all day, 2 very grumpy guys turned up LATE, and stated that the sofa's were not up to standard and that they didn't want them, this was due to the fact I felt that they didn't want the hassle of taking them down my stairs. Im now being barraged by emails from BHF to donate this isn't going to happen anf from my point of view I was very annoyed and will now only donate to other sources in future
