I have booked for BHF to collect my corner sofa today and they’ve refused saying that the sofa has marks (obviously as it is a second hand one).Tomorrow I have booked for the new sofa to be delivered so it is all messed up. I will never donate to BHF and I will never buy from them again.
I am so sorry as it is a big disappointment.
I have attached few photos for everyone to see the condition of the sofa they’ve refused!
